Group registration
Want to take on the challenge with colleagues and friends? You can register as a group with a minimum of 10 people until Wednesday, April 1, 2026 (23:59) or until all places are filled.
Group registration instructions
- Name changes are only possible at the registration desk on April 25 and are necessary for the new participant to be insured. An administrative fee of €5 per change will be charged on site.
- For group registration with collective pick-up, you must be at least 10 people. If you are fewer than 10, you can still register as a group, but each member must collect their participation pack individually.
- Group registrations can only be made via the official online registration module. Excel documents, for example, are not accepted.
- Online registration method: on the registration form, you must first create a group. You will then receive an email with the group name and code. With this code and your chosen password (don’t forget it!), you can manage the group. Afterwards, you can add or remove participants, etc. As group leader, you are the only one who can validate participants. You can add as many as you want.
- Packs can be collected together or individually. Indicate your choice on the registration form. For collective pick-up, only the group leader can do this. For individual collections, all participants will receive a separate confirmation e-mail with all information required to successfully collect their race number.
- When your group is ready, the group leader pays for all registrations. Registrations are only confirmed when the group is submitted and paid for. Once the group is closed, NO FURTHER CHANGES can be made. Any changes can only be made on site at the registration desk. For this, an administration fee of 5 eur will be charged per change made.

Registration fee
Register quickly to benefit from a favorable rate! The rate for your distance will be determined by the number of registered participants.
When registering, a €5 deposit will be requested for the use of your frame plate with chip. This deposit will be refunded at the finish.
T-shirt
When registering, you can order a unique “finisher” t-shirt for the Liège-Bastogne-Liège Challenge. This t-shirt (100% polyester) costs only €25.

* Supplies only on presentation of the frame plate! Participants without a frame plate will not be allowed on the course.
Participant limit
Registration will remain open until the limit of 8,000 participants is reached, to ensure everyone’s safety.
It is not possible to register on site. You can only register online until Friday, April 24 at 23:59 or until all places are filled.
Cancellation
Are you injured or unable to participate for another reason?
When registering, you can take out cancellation insurance for only €14. In case of cancellation until February 4, 2026 inclusive, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded.
Any extras such as the t-shirt, merchandise, Sportograf photo pack, medal engraving, and the cancellation insurance itself are not refundable (non-exhaustive list). Note: if you are already registered without this cancellation insurance, it is unfortunately no longer possible to take it out afterwards.
Cancellation requests must be submitted no later than February 4, 2026 via this contact form.
From February 5, 2026, it will no longer be possible to request a refund.
