Participation package for each participant:

* Supplies only on presentation of the frame plate! Participants without a frame plate will not be allowed on the course.

Frame plates and bib numbers can be picked up at the start-finish location in Banneux at the following times:

• Friday 25/04 from 1 pm – 7 pm
• Saturday 26/04:
  • 250 km: 6:30 am – 7:30 am
  • 150 km: 7:30 am – 10 am
  • 80 km: 9:00 am – 10:00 am

After your performance, fully enjoy the LBL Challenge Festival. This is our revamped après-bike zone in Banneux, where we treat all participants to live performances and live music. The perfect setting to enjoy a snack and a drink, tired but satisfied.

Would you like to change your distance or name? That’s possible until midnight on 17 April 2023 via info@golazo.com.

We would like to receive the following information from the substitute in case of a name change:

Afterwards any changes are only possible on site at the ‘changes name & distance’ booth.

Distance change

First collect your starter pack and have your distance changed at the booth ‘changes name & distance’. Changing to a shorter distance is free. For a change from a shorter to a longer distance the difference in price will be charged.

Name change

First collect the starter pack with the confirmation email of the person whose registration you are taking over. Then change the personal data at the ‘changes name & distance’ booth.
Don’t forget to bring your ID. For a name change an administration fee of € 5 will be charged on site.

The organizer recommends that everyone avoid strenuous efforts for which they are not physically prepared. Make wise choices regarding the distance you want to cover and/or the pace you want to impose on your body.

If you want to perform sports at a high intensity, you should have yourself checked annually by a (sports) doctor. The presentation of medical certificates is not mandatory.

It is up to the athlete to decide how to deal with the information provided during a medical check-up.

The organizer bears no responsibility in this regard.

Do you feel sick, cough, sneeze or have a fever? Given the current health situation, we advise you to stay at home and not come to the event.

A few weeks before the event, the necessary information about parking options and accessibility will be provided here.

At the start/finish in Banneux, there will be an opportunity to use changing rooms/showers.

Are you injured or can’t participate for a different reason?

While registering you have the option to purchase a cancellation insurance for just € 14. If cancelled before the end of the day February 5, 2025, 100% of the registration total will be refunded.

Any extras such as T-shirts, merchandise, Sportograf pictures, medal engraving and cancellation policy itself will not be refunded (non-exhaustive). If you already registered without a cancellation insurance, then it is no longer possible to buy the insurance afterwards.

Cancellation requests should be submitted via this contact form by February 5, 2025 at the latest.

From February 6, 2025 onwards it is no longer possible to request a reimbursement.
